Adams History

The Automotive Industry was one of the most popular jobs of the 1920's, these cars were not built on a conveyor belt but by hand, there was a lot of craftsmanship put into each and every vehicle produced at the time. (We have 8 vehicles on display, 3 of which you can sit in).

The 1950's was a great time for work, the poor could get jobs at a car factory and get decent pay. this also made car production much faster and cheaper to make, This means that people could also buy cars at a cheaper price. (we have 4 of these vehicles 2 of witch 

Being a Nurse was a popular job in the 1980's. Being a nurse had its downsides tho, it offered low wages and poor work conditions. We have Nurse uniforms and equipment on display.
